As we announced before, we aim to be the fair of modern times. Due to this mission, we will launch the virtual visit option to bring the maximum amount of local and international buyers to your booth and support your trade. Visitors who will not be able to come to VIV TURKEY 2021 for various reasons will log in to the system after completing their virtual visit form and will be able to meet with the companies they want to contact from the exhibitor list, either visually (videocall) or by chat box by requesting an appointment.
* The exhibitor company will submit e-mail information of 3 previously determined persons into the system.
* 30 minutes is available for each appointment for each company representative.
* The appointments will continue throughout the fair hours.
* The Exhibitor has the right to accept or decline the appointment.
* The system will allow contact by chat-box or videoconference.
* The exhibitor company should be connected to the system at the appointment time.
* Choosing the company from the exhibitor list.
* At this stage, the visitors will see the names of the 3 people registered in the system by the exhibitor company and can request an appointment.
* The exhibitor company will give the final approval.
* Approvals will be shown on the system of the visitor.
* Visitors will log on the system on the fair dates and their appointment time.
