Novus Feed Additives' Turkey and Middle East Regional Director Dr. M. Emre Yardibi ,emphasizing experts’ speculations that we should produce more food in the next 40 years over the past 400 years, and the need for global protein, announced that they will give a seminar on the scientific activities of VIV Turkey 2017 regarding the newly developed Cibenza EP150 Protease Enzyme by Novus.

the seminar will be held in Cappadocia Hall On the second day of the fair, between the hours of 16: 00-18: 00 by Novus. M. Emre Yardibi stated that the product they are developing has enabled the production of industrial poultry products to be better assessed in feeds and that they will give information about the advantages of the product on poultry nutrition. Mr. Yardibi continued that “According to the United Nations report, in the middle of this century the world population will exceed 9 billion. the calculations show that, it will be necessary to produce more food produced in the next 400 years in the next 40 years in order to meet the food needs of the growing population. It is obvious that increasing the need to meet the needs of food production is considered to be limited in the world, increasing productivity.

As a pure protease enzyme, Cibenza EP150, presented to the market as a result of efforts to increase the productivity of animal protein and increase productivity in animal production, will also improve the intestinal health of animals by enabling poultry to benefit more from plant protein sources. In short, I think we have made a significant contribution to NOVUS's growing need for global protein. "

Speakers of the seminar are the Technical Director of Turkey & Middle East, Dr. Nizamettin Şenköylü and Poultry Nutrition Adviser,Franco Calini.
Title of the Speakers Technical Manager, (Turkey & Middle East) Poultry Nutrition Advisor)
